These Terms set the ground rules for using our website and engaging SecureVisa Group for advisory services. We help businesses navigate UAE licensing and compliance — but we are an advisory firm, not a regulator or a law firm, and we cannot promise that any authority will grant a licence. Your signed engagement letter, where one exists, takes precedence over this page.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at securevisanow.com (the “Website”) and any advisory, consulting, or related services made available by SecureVisa Group (the “Services”). By accessing the Website or engaging our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Website or engage the Services. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
SecureVisa Group is a Dubai-based advisory firm providing guidance on regulatory licensing, compliance programmes, corporate structuring, and related matters across the UAE’s financial and virtual-asset frameworks. Our Services may include market-entry analysis, licence-pathway mapping, application preparation support, AML/CFT programme design, documentation, and ongoing compliance advisory.
Our Services are advisory and facilitative in nature. SecureVisa is not a Regulator, not a government body, and not a law firm. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or audit advice unless expressly stated in a signed Engagement Letter and delivered by an appropriately qualified party.
You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a legally binding contract. The Services are intended for businesses, founders, and professional clients pursuing lawful activities. We may decline or terminate any engagement we reasonably believe involves unlawful activity, sanctioned parties, or unacceptable regulatory or reputational risk.
The specific Services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the applicable Engagement Letter. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and a signed Engagement Letter, the Engagement Letter prevails for that engagement.
Information on the Website is general and does not constitute an offer, quote, or commitment. No advisory relationship is created merely by browsing the Website or submitting an enquiry; a relationship begins only when a mutually executed Engagement Letter is in place.
Licensing and regulatory approval decisions rest solely with the relevant Regulator. While we apply professional diligence and experience, SecureVisa does not and cannot guarantee that any licence, registration, approval, permit, or visa will be granted, nor the timeline for any decision.
Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the completeness and accuracy of information you provide, the Regulator’s discretion, evolving policy, and your own conduct and standing. Fees for advisory Services are for the work performed and are not contingent on a particular regulatory decision unless expressly agreed in writing.
Fees are set out in the relevant Engagement Letter or invoice and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes (including UAE VAT), third-party charges, Regulator fees, and government disbursements, which are your responsibility.
The quality and lawfulness of our Services depend on the information you provide. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information and documentation, and to update us promptly of any material change. You are responsible for the truthfulness of all representations made to us and, through us, to any Regulator.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in delays, rejection of an application, regulatory consequences for which you are responsible, and termination of our engagement without refund.
Delivery may involve third parties such as government portals, Regulators, banks, payment providers, notaries, translators, and affiliated technology providers (including ITSEC, VerifiX, and ComplianceX). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, fees, timelines, or decisions of any third party or Regulator. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms.
All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, brand marks, design systems, document templates, and software — is owned by or licensed to SecureVisa and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
Deliverables prepared under an Engagement Letter are licensed for your internal use for the agreed purpose. We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing materials.
Each party agrees to keep confidential the non-public information disclosed by the other in connection with the Services and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or a Regulator. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Website. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data at scale, impersonate any person or entity, or use the Website in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to SecureVisa or others.
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy or completeness of content. Regulatory frameworks change frequently and Website information may not reflect the most current position. Please also review our Legal Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, SecureVisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to a given engagement shall not exceed the total professional fees actually paid by you to SecureVisa for that engagement in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecureVisa, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or the inaccuracy of information you provide to us or to any Regulator.
These Terms apply while you use the Website. Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the relevant Engagement Letter. We may suspend or terminate your access where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required by law or a Regulator. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
SecureVisa is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of government or Regulators, changes in law, internet or infrastructure failures, banking or payment-system disruptions, natural events, or other force-majeure circumstances.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably first. Failing resolution, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless an Engagement Letter specifies an alternative forum (such as DIFC Courts or arbitration).
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, the law, or regulatory requirements. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
